Sri Ranganatha swamy
A nice calm getaway, 60kms from bangalore,
SriRanganathaswamy at Rangasthala, chikaballapur is the second of the three Ranganathaswamy idols. The other two are in SriRangapattana,Mysore and SriRangam, TN.
The temple was built during vijayanagara empire.
